The Bakers Choice Woodstove brings the airtight revolution into the kitchen! Features a custom molded firebox lined with refractory brick, a front loading door as well as an 11" lid opening for fuel. The oven door swings out, not down.

The Bakers Choice has grates, equipped to burn either wood or coal. Heat is controlled by twin air intake knobs that control the air passing into the firebox through its grates.

Approx. heat area: 2,000 sq. ft. Oven dimensions: 22" deep x 14" wide x 14" tall. Cooking surface: 34" long x x 24" wide x 32 1/2" tall. Firebox dimensions: 18 1/2" long x 11 1/2" wide x 14" deep; Flue: 7" oval, located at rear.

Stove is painted black with high heat paint - is not porcelain enamel and features some stainless steel to protect against corrosion.
