Stainless Steel Milk Pail - 2 Gallon

These 2 gal. containers are the high quality brand we were hoping for, made by Libbys. We have 6 one gallon size of this brand that we are still using. We purchased them many years ago & they are holding up beautifully with daily use for our milk. They wash well in a dishwasher. They also keep milk sufficiently cold when the container is left out on the table. They are strong & sturdy and don’t dent easily. They pour well without extra spillage. The handles are attached very well and we've had no issues with them. Considering how well these containers are working for us, we decided that a couple 2 gallon containers would be a good addition to our 1 gallon collection since we have more than one cow milking at present.

The reason I am only giving 5 stars is that the containers came with a few dents in each. The dents were clearly not caused from shipping damage because great care was used in packaging. We are using the containers anyway, since they were needed. Discovering the damage is a bit disappointing because a person expects a new item to be free of damage, but is not affecting their usage so far.

I highly recommend Libbys stainless steel containers. They are vastly better than the glass jars that I used to use. No more broken jars that were full of milk in our house! These may be expensive initially, but are a great investment & made to last.

I have been using these milk pails for several months now with zero complaints. They are great quality and the perfect size!
