Getting Started:
- Slide the black silicone cap onto the end of the lid handle.
- Choose the stirring mechanism:
- Stir Paddle: Great for roasting nuts, candies, and making thick, gooey popcorn recipes like Kettle Corn and White Chocolate Almond popcorn.
- Stir Wire: Perfect for making delicious, classic popcorn.
- To change the stirring mechanism, follow these steps:
- Unscrew the nut at the end of the crank handle.
- Pull the crank handle out to disengage the stirring mechanism.
- Slide the metal sleeve up on the stir shaft and slide out the lower portion of the stirring mechanism.
- Slide the new stirring mechanism into the shaft slot and lock it in place with the metal sleeve.
- Push the crank handle back in place and tighten the nut.
- Adjust the wires if needed for the stir wire mechanism.
