Cheese press does not fit together well

While the various components of the kit are quite good, ie, wax, cultures, cheese liner, I was very disappointed in how the cheese press fit together. The holes do not line up well and it is difficult to make it fit and ended up breaking off pieces of wood in the process. It should slide on and off with having to be forced but this is not the case.

I haven't had a chance to use this kit yet, but I was impressed with the products that it comes with. The press itself isn't huge or bulky and it will make two nice sizes of cheese. There was one problem when I received the kit which was the large follower for the press wasn't in with the rest of the kit. But one call to Berry Hill and that was resolved with out question. Great company!!!!!!
