It`s as easy as laying uniformed sliced foods on the trays and setting the temperature. Prepare your own dried fruit slices, jerky, vegetable soup mixes, fruit leathers, dried stews and granolas. Can also be used for raising bread, making yogurt and drying flowers / herbs. Three models sizes available, all featuring the same great features: Horizontal airflow helps prevent flavour mixing between trays and allows even drying without tray rotation. Removable door saves counter space and makes tray loading and cleaning easier. Adjustable thermostat for different drying requirements.
