Plastic maple syrup 5/16" spile is durable and reliable. This spile is
used when multiple hose line taps are in use. Easily attaches to AST
translucent blue hose line. Tree hole tap size is 7/16". Compatible with drill bit 62T Drill Bit

poor description!!!!!!!!!!

Thought I was getting spiles that fit a 5/18' bit but 5/18 is end size for fitting onto a tube/line - actual size of spile going into tree requires a 7/18 bit - you should specify that better - I wanted the least damage to my trees so wanted the smaller size bit/spile
