Ordering online from Berry hill was easy and the product came within days. Excellent service for not easy to find products in Canada.

Product as shown. Reasonable price. fast shipping!!

Shipping was almost as much as the product...not cool at all.

In order to fill small single item orders like this we still incur the cost of processing the order, credit card discount charges for accepting credit cards, labour involved in processing and packaging the item and the cost charged by whichever carrier may deliver the package to the customer. A great way to minimize an issue such as this is to increase the order amount. Most orders over $100.00 ship either for free or a maximum rate of $15.00. We do try our best to make it fair for our customers without an order costing more to send out than the revenue it generates. We hope you understand.

We all like the product which does a job. No complains but it it comes with screws, it would be better.
