Bad design

Will probably be returning the one we bought yesterday at Canadian Tire. The door is on such a heavy spring that the pressure on the flimsy, wobbly trigger arm makes it hard to set so that the weight of a squirrel isn't enough to trip it. They think it's a squirrel feeder now. Also, if I did somehow manage to catch an overweight one, it's not that easy to release fingers free, so would probably just drop it in the rain barrel. Not exactly having a heart. I've used several other traps over the years, and this'll be the first that I've had to return.
