Great service. Was late in the season to purchase a new heated waterer and of course with pandemic everything has been delayed. They were great to call and email to make sure I was still interested in the product (wait till it comes in) or get refund. I have waited and not disappointed.

Quality of Tank

The quality of the tank is poor. The plastic is flimsy and looks easy to break, especially in the cold, conditions for which this product is supposedly designed.
