Hydrometer. / Densimeter - 35-75 brix Syrup Scale, 230mm model, use 8" cup (#17284373). Calibrated to be accurate at a syrup temperature of 211 F hot syrup and 62 F cold syrup. There is a conversion chart included if your temperature falls between these two measurement temperatures.
A hydrometer is used to measure the percentage of sugar and density of
maple syrup at a specific temperature. To be considered maple syrup, the
sap must be evaporated until it reaches a specific density. A
hydrometer is the easiest way to accurately measure the density of your
syrup. A must-have for any maple syrup maker!

order a product over a week ago still dont have it syrup is almost over

You did not provide a street address for your order. You only provided the street name, and we cannot deliver to an address that doesn't have a street or box number.
